- Any restricted or illegal items should not be included during the shifting process.
- 3. Payment Terms- Service charges will be decided based on the moving distance, number of items, and required services.
- Customers must complete payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Extra charges may apply for additional services requested after booking.
- 4. Damage and Liability- All City Movers and Packers take proper care while handling goods during shifting.
- Customers are advised to check their belongings at the time of delivery.
- The company will not be responsible for issues caused due to incorrect information provided by customers.
- 5. Cancellation Policy- Cancellation requests should be shared as early as possible.
- Refunds or charges will depend on the booking status and service progress.
